Overland Expo is returning to Arrington, Virginia for its annual Overland Expo East event October 6-8, 2023 at Oak Ridge Estate. If you’re not familiar with Overland Expo, it’s an event series for doers, travelers, explorers, friends, families, dreamers, vagabonds and everyone in between.
Overland Expo is a place to connect with world travelers, adventure motorcyclists, and both novice and expert overlanders. More than a place to buy gear and get outfitted for your next great adventure, it’s a place to commune with people and learn new skills. Overland Expo attendees know that the real adventure doesn’t start until the rubber hits the trail.
Every Overland Expo event hosts hundreds of session-hours of hands-on educational classes, roundtable discussions, DIY presentations, and more. From learning how to navigate by map, to eating healthy on the trail or winching a truck sideways up a hill, there’s so much to learn at Overland Expo East.
Our hands-on education takes on a new meaning at Overland Expo East. That’s because fans can get behind the wheel to test out the rugged Nexen Tires on a custom-built test course and go for a ride in a handful of trail-capable Honda vehicles. Have you ever wanted to learn how to ride a motorcycle? The Motorcycle Industry Council is ready to lend attendees some riding gear and teach them the basics of moto riding — all in under an hour.
If you are an adventure motorcyclist, get tickets for our Friday night Moto Party, sponsored by Rider Justice. Join us for a night of food, raffle prizes, and live music.
As the sun sets, join your friends for Happy Hour in our Oasis Bar and Food Court each evening. On Friday huddle up around the campfire with Toyota or Toyo tires. Enjoy a beer or soda and a bite to eat! Join us Saturday night for our Overland Expo Foundation raffle for a chance to win awesome prizes. On Saturday, enjoy the evening with Honda, Lexus or Yamaha for food, drinks, and music.
On Friday and Saturday night, get inspired by original films from your friends in the overlanding community. Get comfy, grab some popcorn and find yourself getting lost in inspirational travel stories at our Overland Film Festival.
